In the wise words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail". When Noelle enrolled at John Carroll University, she was undecided in her major; one could say she did not have a path to follow. Fast forward to present day, she pursued a major she loves and a started a career she is excited to continue to build on. In the truest sense of Emerson's quote, she decided to blaze her own academic trail.

Create an idea. Develop a product. Compete to win. This was the foundation of Noelle's "Creativity, Innovation and Development" class.
